We are a not-for-profit group of volunteers who have assembled to donate face shields to frontline workers with the goal of protecting as many as we can, as best as we can. This is a stop-gap solution to the well-known PPE shortage across our country, especially for healthcare workers who are tending to our sick and loved ones. Comprised of makers, professionals of various vocations, and multi-talented members of the community, we strive to uphold a high standard bar by incorporating state level data, epidemiological data, as well as and clinical data, testing, and reviews into our decision making and processes. Our donated face shield designs have all been clinically tested and reviewed, as listed on the open-source NIH 3D Print Exchange.

Having started from a handful of strangers, we’ve now evolved into an amazing group of a couple hundred selfless individuals. We are proud to have been able to provide thousands of face shields to our community, and have strived to iterate on our efforts to provide the best quality designs and fabrications that we can for our frontline heroes.
Our next steps forward involve scaling-up to help even more frontline workers, but in order to do that, we need your help. Please visit the Donate or Volunteer pages for more details.
